KYC Policy

Nowadays, compliance with the ‘Know Your Customer’ policy regarding the clients is priority number one among financial sector companies. The policy is aimed at preventing identity theft, money laundering, financial fraud and terrorist activities.

Bp Energy Solutions fully tolerant towards financial fraud and holds all necessary preventive measures in order to combat different kinds of financial fraud.

Any fraudulent activity will be recorded and documented; all related accounts will be immediately closed, and funds on these accounts will be frozen.

WARNING:

Bp Energy Solutions seeks to ensure the safety of any confidential information, which is in direct access to the company. These include the customer’s trading account data and operations made by the client in order to ensure the safety of client personal data makes the company ask the client to strictly follow several rules.

When a client deposits funds, the company requires the following documents:

  • provide a copy of a valid passport with signature
  • give copies of payment cards for making a deposit (the front side with the last 4 digits of the account number, the reverse side with CVV).

There is a need of providing a copy of the utility bills with the name and address of the client’s residence.

The signed history of online transactions.

WHEN DOES THE CLIENT NEED TO PROVIDE THE ABOVE-MENTIONED DOCUMENTS?

Bp Energy Solutions urgently demands that the client provides all the needed documents before the fund withdrawal from the trading account.

Under some circumstances the company may ask for these documents before authorizing any other actions on the trading account, such as deposits or deals.

Please note that if the client does not sent the required documents to the company, then applications to withdraw funds will be cancelled, and the funds will come back to the client’s trading account. In that case the Company will inform the client through the internal message system.

HOW EXACTLY CAN THE CLIENT SEND THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS TO THE COMPANY?

Scan the documents or take photos with high resolution. Save pictures in JPEG format with minimal compression. Then send all the pictures to support@bpenergysolution.net.

ARE THERE SECURITY GUARANTEES FOR DOCUMENTS BEING SENT?

Bp Energy Solutions is very responsive to the issue of protection of personal documentation. The documents sent to the company are considered with the maximum level of confidentiality. All files received by the company are fully protected due to highly possible level of encryption at every process stage of the documents consideration.
